Nice tire, fast wearing though

On the second set of these for my son in a 20x1.5 size. These tires have a nice rounded shape and hold the turn well, both paved and slurry. A little disappointed in the second set on the rear, worn down pretty fast so it’s nearly bald down the center. You’d think he’s been skidding but he knows better. The second set we purchased from the mobile shop you see at the BMX races, not sure if sitting in a hot trailer has anything to do with the accelerated wear.
Will probably buy another set, hopefully we’ll get more than 4 months off the next rear.
