Pete rode the Boken DoubleCross 700x38 which is smaller and lighter than the 700x42 he rode at Unbound. The Doublecross gives up very little on the road and performs like a champ on the dirt.
The original Boken which gave its name to our entire line of gravel tires was the right choice for Sarah. The oversize diamond file tread rolls incredibly fast on the paved sectors, and still has enough grip for the unroad. The 700x36 size is light and zippy for the 13,000 vertical feet on the beautiful but brutal North Carolina Course.
