What are the small dents on the tread of IRC TUBELESS road tire?

The small indentations on all IRC tires are tread-wear indicators. When the indicators are gone, it is time to replace the tire.

What is the difference between Tubeless and Tubeless Ready?

Tubeless Ready tires must be used with liquid sealant. Tubeless tires may be used with no sealant. All of IRC's Tubeless tires have an inner air seal of either Butyl or Latex rubber that helps prevent air leakage.
